Situated within the picturesque grounds of Aylstone Boutique Retreat is Martinboroughs newest boutique Restaurant.
International, award winning South African chef Jurgen Snyman (formally of Wharekahau Country Estate) and well known local front of house entity Sharon Pittard (ex Wharekahau, Alana Estate and The Martinborough Hotel) have joined their formidable experience together to open their first gourmet venture "Brasserie One"
Already causing a "stir" within the region, Brasserie One's emphasis is on fresh, seasonal, food, with exquisite presentation, superb attention to detail and unobtrusive personal service.
Chose an intimate meal in the quaint French styled 40 seater Bistro, a casual lunch in the courtyard or a long lazy lunch on the manicured lawn overlooking the rows of Pinot Gris vines.
Brasserie One is fully licenced and the beverage list features a range of local and regional wines chosen to complement the mouth watering menus, along with a range of beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
The Restaurant is open for dinner 6 days a week (Thursday-Tuesday 6-9pm) and for lunch in the weekends (12-3pm).

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
Brasserie One is a stunning venue for boutique weddings (40pax), private functions and small conferences. A separate boutique wine bar (20pax) is a also available for smaller functions.
