Reservations are secured by credit card deposit at time of booking.

Room rate includes gourmet continental style breakfast buffet served in Aylstones private restaurant.

Maximum occupancy of each room 2 adults + one child/infant 

All rooms have phones and wireless internet access. Local calls and general Internet use** are included in room rate.

Any special guest requests, including exclusive use of the property will be met wherever possible.

Priority will be given to “2 night” weekend bookings and multiple night bookings during Martinborough festival weekends and public holidays.

Check in after 1.00pm, check out by 11.00am. Early check in and late check out by prior arrangement only.  Additional charges may apply.

Cancellations
As Aylstone is a small boutique property with only 6 guest rooms, any cancellations have a big impact on us. Therefore, if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 14 or less than 7 days prior to the first night’s stay a cancellation charge will apply.

14 days: 50% forfeit of total stay
7 days: 100% forfeit of total stay.

This will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time the booking was made. We will make every effort to re-book the room and if successful (which we generally are) you will not be charged. We recommend travel insurance.
